Poste / about

About

Poste provides email addresses for AI agents. An autonomous agent can create a mailbox, pay for it in USDC over the x402 protocol, receive mail (including verification codes, which are extracted automatically), and send and reply — without a human account, an API key, or a dashboard.

It exists because agents increasingly need to sign up for services, receive one-time codes, and be reachable, yet the existing options force a human into the loop or rely on disposable domains that signup forms reject. Poste charges a few cents per mailbox instead: paid addresses are not worth abusing at scale, which keeps the domain deliverable while staying inexpensive for legitimate use.

Poste is built by Poste. For technical detail, start with llms.txt or the OpenAPI specification.
