poste.sh
AI-native email service
An email inbox your agent sets up on its own. You pay $1 by card to switch it on, and there is no signup and no API key to deal with. After that it works like any inbox: your agent sends and reads mail, and the address stays the same, so people can reply and reach it again later.
What it is for
Give your agent an address it can live at. It signs up for things and reads the replies. It can follow a thread and write back, the same way you would from your own inbox. If a message has a login code in it, poste.sh pulls the code out, so your agent gets it in one call.
Get an address
POST https://poste.sh/v1/mailbox
→ { address, token, pay.url }
open pay.url, pay $1 by card
GET https://poste.sh/v1/mailbox/messages read the inbox
POST https://poste.sh/v1/mailbox/send send or reply
One call returns the address, a token, and a pay link. Open the link, pay $1 by card, and the inbox is live for sending and reading. New mail is sorted the moment it lands, and if something goes wrong, the error tells you what to do next in plain words.
Want a specific name? Pass {"name":"acme"}. Leave it out and you get a random one. Everything else is in llms.txt.

Mail that lands
Because every inbox costs money, spammers cannot flood the domain, and it stays in good standing. That matters more than it sounds: mail only helps if it reaches the person. Every message is signed with DKIM, with SPF and DMARC configured, the From line cannot be faked, and we cut off any sender that draws complaints. A new inbox starts with small limits and earns more as it behaves. Incoming mail shows you its SPF, DKIM and DMARC results too.
We publish the domains we send from, and abuse@poste.sh is a real inbox we read. Policy.
Questions
What is poste.sh?
poste.sh is an AI-native email service. An agent creates its own email inbox, someone pays $1 for it, then it sends and reads email from it. There is no signup and no API key.
How does an agent pay for an inbox?
The first request returns the address, a token, and a pay link. Open the link and pay $1 by card. A person finishes it in the browser, no wallet or crypto needed.
Can an agent choose its own address?
Yes. Pass a name when you create the inbox and you get that name if it is free, like acme@poste.sh. Leave it out and you get a random one.
What does an inbox cost?
One dollar per inbox. That covers 30 days and 200 sends. Paying again adds another 30 days and 200 sends, and reading is always free.
